Active Valley Digital specializes in professional audio production and custom song creation. Our expertise includes:

2. Order & Customization Process

To ensure the highest quality of personalization, our order process is managed through direct communication channels:

• Orders are initiated via WhatsApp or official contact links provided on our website.
• Clients must provide accurate details regarding language, occasion, names, and specific themes.
• Production begins only after the initial requirements are finalized and confirmed.

3. Delivery Timelines

We pride ourselves on speed without compromising quality. Our standard delivery windows are:

• Express Delivery: Within 24 hours (select plans).
• Standard Delivery: 48 hours for most projects.
• Timelines may be extended for complex projects or during peak campaign seasons, which will be communicated upfront.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. Revision policies vary by package:

• Starter Pack: Limited to minor adjustments.
• Premium/Signature Packs: Multiple revisions as defined in the package details.
• Major shifts in the project scope after production has started may incur additional fees.

5. Payments & Refunds

Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be cleared before the final high-quality audio file is delivered. Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-recorded products, once production has reached the final stage, payments are generally non-refundable.

6. Usage & Intellectual Property

• Personal Use: Songs created for birthdays or anniversaries are for private use and cannot be used for commercial gain without explicit permission.
• Commercial/Political Use: Usage rights for campaigns or business branding must be explicitly agreed upon during the ordering phase.
• Active Valley Digital retains the right to use snippets of produced tracks for our portfolio/marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Active Valley Digital provides artistic content. We are not liable for any legal, social, or financial consequences resulting from the public broadcast or misuse of the delivered content by the client or third parties.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any discretion to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
